“For 20 years, I ran a Chick-fil-A franchise generating millions of dollars in annual sales. I was successful, but I was always on call to solve the next problem.

The restaurant demanded my time, and eventually I burned out.

I had tried door-to-door sales in college—selling vacuums, financial planning and insurance. I heard plenty of promises but made very little money. When I left the restaurant business, returning to sales was the last thing I wanted to do.

Then I found the right companies, products and opportunities.

I went on to earn as much annually in sales as I had running a multimillion-dollar restaurant—but I gained something even more valuable: time.

I could be with my family. I could travel. I could finally see and do things I never had time to experience while running the restaurant.

Axion representatives operate as independent 1099 contractors and are compensated based on results rather than a fixed hourly wage.

This structure offers greater independence and performance-based earning potential. It also means representatives are self-employed and responsible for managing their time, taxes, eligible business expenses and personal benefits.
